Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your session date and time. By purchasing your service and booking on Calendly, you acknowledge and agree that this deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is collected at the end of your session via wireless or physical payment.

Group Sessions: The Group Package requires a minimum of 2 graduates. Have a primary designee from your group book the session — one $25 deposit is accepted per group, so please have your money together for one person to process the transaction. Regardless of how many members of your group cancel or do not show up, each attending graduate is responsible for their remaining $75 balance, collected individually at the end of the session. The deposit is non-refundable. Note that group pricing applies to graduates only — family members are not included in this package.

Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Photo Selection (Digital Only): All raw photos will be delivered via Pixieset in a 24-48 hour window following your shoot. You can heart the photos you would like edited and will be delivered following selection.

Gallery Delivery: Your gallery will be delivered via Pixieset to the email provided at booking. Galleries are accessible for a lifetime unless otherwise announced. Please allow 3-5 days for digital photo delivery and 5-7 days for film photos, as they require scanning and developing.

All sales are final once your gallery has been delivered. Re-edits are available for up to 5 photos and are limited to color correction and exposure adjustments.
